For Surrey law firms
Surrey firms are told constantly to write for Vancouver, which trades a winnable market for an unwinnable one. The clients who would actually fill the intake calendar are searching Surrey, searching their town centre, and very often searching in Punjabi. Almost no firm here is publishing for any of those.

Surrey legal market
Surrey's legal demand is shaped by a large, young, growing, immigrant-heavy population: immigration and sponsorship, family law, residential real estate, ICBC injury matters, and small business. Those clients want a firm that is close, that explains the process plainly, and that they can talk to comfortably.
Language is the clearest advantage in this market and the most consistently wasted. A firm with genuine Punjabi capability that mentions it only in an About line is invisible in searches facing a fraction of the English competition. A practice-area page written properly in Punjabi, at its own URL, reaches a client who has usually already tried and failed to find one.
The third factor is the town centres. Somebody in Cloverdale or South Surrey searches that way, and a firm serving them should have a page that says so rather than a single Surrey page competing across the whole city.
Where these sites lose customers
Every other firm says they are dedicated and experienced. None of those words convince a client. A short list of recent settlements (with figures, where ethics permit), and a clear practice area focus, beats an essay every time.
Personal-injury and immigration clients call. They do not fill out forms first. The phone number belongs in the header, in the hero, and at the bottom of every section. A contact form is fine as a secondary path, not the primary one.
Personal injury, immigration, family, and real estate are different searches with different intent. One page that lists all your practice areas ranks for none of them. Each area gets its own page with its own hero, its own results, and its own FAQ.
The mechanics
The mechanics that decide whether a site earns calls or just sits there.
01Top of the map
‘Roofer near me’ wins your next customer. We build to rank in the local map pack.
78%of local-service searches happen on a phone.
02On the phone first
Most find you on a phone. The whole site has to feel right at arm’s length.
03Loads before they leave
Half of mobile visitors leave a slow site before it loads.

How we’d approach a rebuild
A Surrey law firm rebuild builds one page per practice area in plain language for the client, with immigration, family, and residential real estate given real depth. Where the firm genuinely practises in Punjabi, that content is built as real pages with correct hreflang. Lawyer bios list year of call and Law Society of BC standing. Town centres the firm serves get named. Intake is short, mobile-first, and asks only what is needed to triage.
Note
We also publish a generic law firms rebuild page and a working Halloran & Reid concept. Every rebuild starts with a free written audit, including the Surrey ones.

The searches happen in February. The pages have to be live by September to rank for them. What to build, why full-service accounting firm ranks for nothing, and the intake step that decides how the season actually goes.

Your brokerage page looks like four hundred colleagues' pages, ranks for nothing, and disappears the day you change firms. What an agent's own site is actually for, and the four pages that do the work.
