Drop your URL and I’ll send back a short reply with what’s holding it back, and how to fix it.
We read every submission ourselves. Look out for a reply from hello@umberdesignstudio.com within one business day.
Privacy
We don’t run advertising, we don’t sell data, and we don’t track you across the internet. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through the audit form, and we use it for one thing: replying to you.
The full breakdown is below. If anything here is unclear, email hello@umberdesignstudio.com.

The details
When you use the audit form on /contact, we receive the fields you submit: your name, email address, current site URL, industry, and a short description of what you want different. Nothing else is required.
Like any web host, our servers (Vercel) record standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for a short retention window. We do not combine that with the form data, and we do not use it for marketing.
One reason: so we can write you back with the audit you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or use it for advertising. There is no list to add you to.
Three service providers process your data on our behalf:
All three are bound by their own privacy terms. We do not share your data with anyone else.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help and which don’t: how many people land on a page, how long they read, whether they reach the contact form. No advertising profiles, no remarketing, no data shared with ad networks.
The site asks first. Until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, no analytics events are sent and no analytics cookies are set. If you click “Decline”, or ignore the banner, that stays the case for the whole session.
If you accept, Google sets two cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_*) so it can tell repeat visits from new ones. We also store one entry called umber-consent that remembers your choice so we don’t ask again on every page. You can clear both from your browser’s site-data settings at any time.
That is the complete list. No Meta Pixel, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies beyond what GA4 sets.
Audit-form submissions live in our email indefinitely so we can refer back to past conversations with you. Server logs are rotated by the host on their standard retention schedule (typically days to weeks). You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@umberdesignstudio.com and we will reply within a few business days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. The same email address handles those requests.
If we change how we handle data (for example, if we add analytics or a newsletter) we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least two weeks before they take effect.
