Print and company documents
Brochures, one-pagers, flyers, decks, trade-show signage. Then the everyday paper nobody designs on purpose: invoices, letterhead, proposals, estimate sheets. Same type, same color, same studio, so the business looks like one business from the homepage to the invoice.
How it works
A short call to name what you actually hand out. The brochure you reprint every spring, the estimate sheet the crew leaves behind, the invoice that goes out twice a week. We work from the real list, not a package.
If we built your identity or your site, the type, color, and spacing come straight over. If we did not, we take what exists and tighten it so the printed pieces and the website stop looking like two different companies.
Every piece set and, where you want it, rewritten. A brochure gets read standing up in a driveway, so it is written that way. One round of layout, then you read it back and mark what to change.
Press-ready PDFs with bleed, crop marks, and CMYK conversion. We talk to your printer directly if that is easier, and we check the proof before it goes on press.
You get source files and, for the pieces that change often, a template you or your bookkeeper can edit without calling us. Invoices and estimate sheets should not need a designer every time.

One flat fee.
Quoted once the list of pieces is named. No hourly billing, no retainer.
What moves the quote
How many pieces are on the list, and how many of them are genuinely different rather than the same layout at a second size. Whether the copy is written or needs writing. Whether an identity already exists to work from, or the type and color have to be settled first.
Bundled with a website or an identity, the printed pieces come off the same system the site is built on, so nothing has to be reconciled twice.
