For Toronto dentists
Every Toronto neighbourhood has four dental practices within walking distance and one of them is running a template site from a corporate group. The practices that win new patients answer the boring questions first. Are you taking new patients, do you direct bill, are you open past six, how do I book without calling. A rebuild puts those answers above the fold and gets the booking flow onto the site.

Toronto dental market
A large share of Toronto practices now sit inside a corporate group, and those groups run the same site template across dozens of locations. That is good news. Template sites are predictable, generic, and easy to outrank on anything specific, because they cannot say anything a single practice would say.
What an independent practice can say: which dentist a patient will actually see, what the parking situation is at Yonge and Eglinton, that the hygienist speaks Cantonese, that Saturday appointments exist, that the practice direct bills to the major insurers and to the Canadian Dental Care Plan. None of that fits a corporate template. All of it is what a person searching dentist near me on a Sunday night is actually checking.
Toronto search also runs on neighbourhood, not city. Dentist Leslieville, dentist Liberty Village, dentist North York. A practice with one location page that says Toronto is competing in the wrong race.
Where these sites lose customers
A booking flow that ends with 'we will call you to confirm' is not booking. New patients book the dentist who lets them choose a time and an existing slot on the calendar. We integrate with the practice management software you already use (Dentrix, Tracker, ClearDent, ABELDent) so the booking lands directly in the schedule.
New patients want to know if you take their insurance, what direct billing looks like, and what payment plans you offer. A clean section on the homepage that names the major insurers you direct-bill (Manulife, Sun Life, Green Shield, Pacific Blue Cross) does more to book the patient than any number of staff bio photos.
Invisalign, veneers, and whitening are price-sensitive cosmetic decisions. The patient is shopping. A starting-from price per arch for Invisalign, per tooth for veneers, and per session for whitening keeps them on your site instead of the next clinic's site.

How we’d approach a rebuild
A Toronto dental rebuild answers the new-patient questions in the header: accepting patients, direct billing, evening and Saturday hours, and how to book. High-value treatments like implants, Invisalign, and emergency care get their own pages instead of sharing one services list. Team bios name the dentist a patient will actually sit with, and the booking flow connects to whatever practice-management software the front desk already uses.
Note
We also publish a generic dentists rebuild page. Every rebuild starts with a free written audit, including the Toronto ones.

The searches happen in February. The pages have to be live by September to rank for them. What to build, why full-service accounting firm ranks for nothing, and the intake step that decides how the season actually goes.

Your brokerage page looks like four hundred colleagues' pages, ranks for nothing, and disappears the day you change firms. What an agent's own site is actually for, and the four pages that do the work.
