For Calgary dentists
Calgary patients shop dental care on price more openly than patients almost anywhere else in the country, and most practice websites respond by saying nothing at all about fees. A rebuild answers the questions patients are actually asking, gets direct billing and hours above the fold, and puts booking on the site instead of behind a phone call.

Calgary dental market
Alberta's dental fee guide has been a public conversation for years, and Calgary patients have absorbed it. They compare, they ask what a practice charges relative to the guide, and they notice when a site avoids the subject entirely. A practice that addresses it in one honest paragraph converts better than one that hides behind a contact form.
Coverage is the second half of the same question. Calgary has a large employer-benefit population and a large self-employed and contractor population with no plan at all, and those two patients need different answers. Direct billing details for one, plain payment options for the other.
The city's growth adds the newcomer patient. Someone who just moved from Ontario or overseas is looking for a first dentist, has no referral network, and is choosing entirely on what the website says about hours, languages, and whether the practice is taking anyone new.
Where these sites lose customers
A booking flow that ends with 'we will call you to confirm' is not booking. New patients book the dentist who lets them choose a time and an existing slot on the calendar. We integrate with the practice management software you already use (Dentrix, Tracker, ClearDent, ABELDent) so the booking lands directly in the schedule.
New patients want to know if you take their insurance, what direct billing looks like, and what payment plans you offer. A clean section on the homepage that names the major insurers you direct-bill (Manulife, Sun Life, Green Shield, Pacific Blue Cross) does more to book the patient than any number of staff bio photos.
Invisalign, veneers, and whitening are price-sensitive cosmetic decisions. The patient is shopping. A starting-from price per arch for Invisalign, per tooth for veneers, and per session for whitening keeps them on your site instead of the next clinic's site.
The mechanics
The mechanics that decide whether a site earns calls or just sits there.

‘Roofer near me’ wins your next customer. We build to rank in the local map pack.

02On the phone first
Most find you on a phone. The whole site has to feel right at arm’s length.
03Loads before they leave

How we’d approach a rebuild
A Calgary dental rebuild states plainly whether the practice is accepting new patients, how it handles the fee guide and direct billing, and what evening or Saturday hours exist. Emergency dental, implants, and orthodontics get their own pages instead of sharing a services list. Team bios name the dentist a patient will actually see. Booking connects to the practice-management software the front desk already runs.
Note
We also publish a generic dentists rebuild page. Every rebuild starts with a free written audit, including the Calgary ones.

The searches happen in February. The pages have to be live by September to rank for them. What to build, why full-service accounting firm ranks for nothing, and the intake step that decides how the season actually goes.

Your brokerage page looks like four hundred colleagues' pages, ranks for nothing, and disappears the day you change firms. What an agent's own site is actually for, and the four pages that do the work.
