For Vancouver dentists
A Vancouver patient looking for a dentist is checking four things and none of them are on most practice websites. Are you taking new patients, do you direct bill, are there appointments outside work hours, and can I book without calling during my lunch break. A rebuild answers those above the fold and puts the booking flow on the site.

Vancouver dental market
BC patients arrive with a specific worry about cost, because the province has a long public conversation about dental fees and what plans actually cover. A practice that says plainly how it handles the fee guide, what direct billing it does, and how the Canadian Dental Care Plan is handled removes the biggest hesitation before the first call.
Metro Vancouver is also a multilingual market with a mobile patient base. Practices in Richmond, Burnaby, and East Vancouver often have a front desk that operates in two or three languages, which is a genuine reason to choose a clinic and is almost never on the site.
Neighbourhood search beats city search here as everywhere. Dentist Kitsilano, dentist Yaletown, dentist Metrotown. A single location page saying Vancouver competes against every practice in the region instead of the four on your block.
Where these sites lose customers
A booking flow that ends with 'we will call you to confirm' is not booking. New patients book the dentist who lets them choose a time and an existing slot on the calendar. We integrate with the practice management software you already use (Dentrix, Tracker, ClearDent, ABELDent) so the booking lands directly in the schedule.
New patients want to know if you take their insurance, what direct billing looks like, and what payment plans you offer. A clean section on the homepage that names the major insurers you direct-bill (Manulife, Sun Life, Green Shield, Pacific Blue Cross) does more to book the patient than any number of staff bio photos.
Invisalign, veneers, and whitening are price-sensitive cosmetic decisions. The patient is shopping. A starting-from price per arch for Invisalign, per tooth for veneers, and per session for whitening keeps them on your site instead of the next clinic's site.

02On the phone first
Most find you on a phone. The whole site has to feel right at arm’s length.
03Loads before they leave

How we’d approach a rebuild
A Vancouver dental rebuild answers the new-patient questions in the header: accepting patients, direct billing, evening and weekend hours, and how to book. Fee and coverage handling is explained plainly instead of avoided. High-value treatments get their own pages instead of sharing one services list. Languages spoken at the practice are stated as text, not a flag icon, and the booking flow connects to the software the front desk already uses.
Note
We also publish a generic dentists rebuild page. Every rebuild starts with a free written audit, including the Vancouver ones.

The searches happen in February. The pages have to be live by September to rank for them. What to build, why full-service accounting firm ranks for nothing, and the intake step that decides how the season actually goes.

Your brokerage page looks like four hundred colleagues' pages, ranks for nothing, and disappears the day you change firms. What an agent's own site is actually for, and the four pages that do the work.

Four different things get bundled into a monthly website fee, and only two of them are unavoidable. How to tell which one you are paying for, and how to spot the arrangement where you never stop paying and never own anything.
Free written audit. No call required, no commitment, no upsell at the end.
