Premise
A freight company's site redesigned for shippers, drivers, and brokers — three audiences, three paths, one instant quote form. Everything the old site was trying to do but couldn't.
Approach
Trucking sites are either 1998-era brochureware or generic broker landing pages with no specifics. Meridian runs dry van and flatbed out of three terminals in the Midwest — the site needed to say exactly that, to exactly whom, and how to get a quote before lunch. We built it around three audiences: shippers looking for a carrier (instant quote form), drivers looking for a company (pay scales, home-time policy, application in two minutes), and brokers (lane availability plus downloadable insurance certificates). One site, three clear paths, everything their old site was trying to do but couldn't.
