Does the inspection cost anything?
No. The inspection, the report and our advice are free. You only pay for work you hire us to do.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, but no. If you’re at work we’ll text you photos and email the report. We ring the bell first either way.
What if it’s raining?
We still come out, just not onto the roof. We tarp any active leak, note what we can see from the ground and come back on the first dry day.
How soon can you get here?
Inside 24 hours in a normal week, and 48 in a storm week when everyone calls at once. Leaks get a visit the same day.
