Sample case documentation
This is a design study, not a live clinic. To respect real patient privacy, the cards below describe representative cases in writing rather than displaying photographs. Actual before-and-after imagery is reviewed in person at consultation, under signed and revocable consent.
Photographs are standardized (same lighting, same angle, same distance), and we do not retouch, filter, or color-correct beyond white balance. Results vary with anatomy, aftercare, and genetics.
2 weeks post · 20u Botox
Patient presented with deep-set 11s and horizontal forehead lines most noticeable in photographs. Conservative dosing with a planned follow-up at week three; no top-up needed.
4 weeks post · 1 syringe Volbella
Patient wanted “their own lips, better hydrated.” We placed one half-syringe across the body and wet border, plus a touch at the corners. Result was specifically calibrated to stay out of duckbill territory.
4 months post · 3-session series
Patient came in for the neck, stayed for the jawline. We treated both in each session. Visible tightening by session two, steady improvement through the six-month mark.
8 weeks post · 2 sessions
Fair-skin patient with decades of Arizona sun. Two BBL sessions cleared the majority of visible pigment and brightened overall skin tone. On daily SPF 50 to maintain.
8 weeks post · 40u Dysport per side
Patient came in for bruxism-related jaw pain; was open to the cosmetic narrowing that followed. Two sessions four months apart. Pain gone by week two; visible slimming at week six.
12 months of monthly care
One of our first Signature members. Monthly HydraFacials, quarterly Botox touch-ups, one BBL session. The year-over-year difference is the case for consistent care, not any single treatment.
How we photograph
A dedicated photo room with a calibrated ring-light setup, a fixed camera-to-chair distance, and a clean grey backdrop. The point is that comparison photos are actually comparable, not two different cameras, lighting setups, or angles doing the work.
