Consultation · 45 minutes · free

Quiet time with Dr. Halperin.

Most new patients are booked within one business day of reaching out. Every consult starts with the medical director herself (not a coordinator, not a sales lead, not a chatbot) and ends with a written plan you can take home without committing to anything.

What to expect

Three steps. No pressure.

  1. 01

    You reach out

Use the form, the phone, or text. We confirm within the hour during office hours, the same business day otherwise.

  2. 02

    We call to book

A short conversation to understand what you're hoping to solve, pick a time, and answer any pre-visit questions.

  3. 03

    The consult

Forty-five minutes with Dr. Halperin. Written six-month plan emailed within 24 hours. No treatment the same day unless you want it.

Before you reach out

A few reasonable questions.

If you have one that isn’t here, text us at (480) 555-0141. Same-person answer within 10 minutes during hours.

  • Do I have to book a treatment at the consult?

No. Most patients do not. You leave with a written plan and choose what to do with it. Half of our new consults rebook later; half don't, and that's fine.

  • Is the consult really free?

Yes. Forty-five minutes of Dr. Halperin's time, at no cost, no obligation. The only thing we ask is that you come with a genuine interest. We don't do price-shopping consults.

  • What should I bring?

A list of skincare products you currently use, any photographs of results you like or dislike, and any relevant medical history (allergies, medications, pregnancy status). We'll handle the rest.

  • Can I bring a friend or partner?

Absolutely. The consult room fits three comfortably. Many patients bring a second opinion; we welcome the extra set of ears.

Or just give us a ring.

The patient coordinator can book a consult in under three minutes. No forms, no back and forth.
