Parts on every truck

Eight trucks. The common parts on every one.

Each van starts the day stocked with the ignitors, flame sensors, capacitors, blower motors and filters that fail most often. So the tech who finds the fault can usually fix it before leaving your driveway.

Our promise

We don’t leave until the house is warm.

Bill’s grandfather put it in writing in 1957. On the one call in ten where a part has to be ordered, we leave space heaters with you and come back the day it lands.

  • A flat price, in writing, before we start

You approve it on your phone. If the job turns out bigger, we stop and ask.

  • A one-hour arrival window

Texted with the tech’s name and photo, so you know who is at the door.

  • Shoe covers on, drop cloths down

The basement is left cleaner than we found it.

  • A year of warranty on every repair

Parts and labour. If the same fault comes back, so do we, free.

“Five years on the Plus plan and I’ve never waited more than three hours. The techs wear shoe covers, clean up after themselves and explain what they did. That’s all I want from a service company.”

Family-run since 1957

Same family. Same phone number.

Howard started Frontier with one truck in 1957. His son Ray ran it from 1988 until 2015. Bill, Ray’s son, owns it today and still answers the after-hours line himself.

Twelve techs on the roster, all NATE-certified, most with us five years or more.

Questions

What people ask on the first call

Something else? Call (604) 555-0188. A person answers.

  • Outside office hours and on holidays there is a $49 after-hours fee on top of the $89 service call. It is waived on the Plus and Premium plans, and on warranty repairs.

  • During office hours the average is 78 minutes from your call to a truck in the driveway. After midnight in a snowstorm, plan on two to three hours. Still the same night.

  • Yes. A cold-climate heat pump holds its output well below the coldest nights Metro Vancouver gets. For homes that want a backup, we pair it with the furnace you already have.

  • Carrier, Trane, Lennox and Bryant are the four we’re factory-authorized on. We also install Mitsubishi, Rheem, Aprilaire and Honeywell, and we service every other brand, including the old boilers on the North Shore.

  • Yes. 0% for 60 months on installs from $4,000, through our lending partner, until December 31, 2026. The application takes ten minutes, uses a soft credit check, and most answers come back the same day.
